Mark Malachowski founded the Law Office of Malachowski & Associates in 2006 to provide effective, personalized legal services to clients across San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the greater Bay Area. He understands that lives and fortunes hang in the balance when a client seeks representation, and he works closely with each client to build a tailored plan of action.

In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Mark holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Science. Before founding his firm, he was a chemical and regulatory consultant for Silicon Valley’s high-tech industry, an experience that sharpened his command of complex, fact-intensive disputes and his ability to break down technical issues for judges and juries.

With more than eighteen years of litigation experience in Northern California Superior and Federal courts, Mark brings innovative, aggressive negotiation and litigation tactics to wills and trusts, estate planning, real property, and civil litigation. He has a proven track record of favorable settlements, often resolving disputes before they ever reach trial, while remaining fully prepared to try a case when that serves the client best.
